I’ve been coming here for years and years now and I’ve always had help from Ken! He would be the first person to greet you when you arrive. I’d always ask him where everything is and he knows what to recommend and knows everything about anything I ask. This time I came in looking for a new refrigerator for our new house. He was able to direct me to where it was, while also suggesting which one I should get. Great customer service as always, and that’s thanks to Ken !

Have been buying appliances from Ken the sales manager since 2014 back in their MPK location. Super friendly staffs and always have little surprise gifts for every customer.
