May was very helpful, service was good.. I felt happy paying a reasonable price for a mattress and box spring!

Okay, I have to say that this place definitely earns its 5 star google review rating. Here are the events of today: Needed a mattress to be delivered asap to my home. 10 a.m. = called Superco to see if they have a mattress in stock. 10:15-10:30 a.m. = showed up and saw/sat on mattress. Paid for mattress. 12:30 p.m. = Received a call for mattress to be delivered. 1:00 p.m. = Mattress in 2nd floor bedroom! I can't speak to the pricing, because I really did not shop around for a mattress, but they did offer me a slight discount based on a promotion that they were having. They also have Ashley furniture sofas there, and the same models on the Ashley furniture website are 20-30% more from Ashley's directly. I'm not sure how that works, whether it's an open box situation or what, but the prices are lower in that regard. No cash discount though. I speak mandarin and I can understand mandarin, but I prefer to communicate in English. I only spoke English and the staff speaks English perfectly fine. Thanks Young and Ken! I can tell you guys really tried to accommodate me. I'll be back for sure!

We had Superco to do our kitchen remodel in March 2021. Julie helped us to design the kitchen and made a visual representation of it. Julie spent a lot of time going over design ideas with us to make sure our kitchen looked beautiful and functions efficiently for all we need. The contractors were on time everyday and did work efficiently. Especially the contractor, Luke, he was just Top Notch, he was very responsible for his work and even extended his hours to complete everyday work. It was very pleasant to work with them. Thank you Julie and crew for all your amazing work.

I ordered a washer at Superco at the end of April and wanted to have the washer delivered to my house before May. Ken, the manager of Superco, helped me and trying really hard to find the model I wanted. During this time, lots of containers were stuck at the port, and not many inventories were available. Ken was able to find me the washer after a few hours. I was so thankful that I could get the washer on time for my tenant to move in. Home Depot was not able to do it in a few days, plus they didn’t have lots of items in stock and have to wait 2-3 weeks. I am really pleased with Superco. It’s customer service and availability was great. I would strongly recommend this store, a super store to get house appliances. Thank you Ken, you are the best!

Excellent customer service and great price deal. The sales person, Ken Cheng, is very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you for taking the time to explain different models of Zojirushi rice cookers, which helped me to choose the best one for me. Definitely highly recommended!

I’ve been coming here for years and years now and I’ve always had help from Ken! He would be the first person to greet you when you arrive. I’d always ask him where everything is and he knows what to recommend and knows everything about anything I ask. This time I came in looking for a new refrigerator for our new house. He was able to direct me to where it was, while also suggesting which one I should get. Great customer service as always, and that’s thanks to Ken !

Came here this morning for a matress, was greeted by a friendly staff name Mei. She was not only knowledgeable but also very patient with explaining different heights of box spring. So glad that I came here. The price was reasonable and very friendly staff. Will definitely be back for more. Thank you Mei!!

Good place for family appliance need, Cantonese sales representatives Ken, very friendly in assisting products needs, definitely would recommend to everyone.

I went in to look for a new blender for the summer and for my kids to use. Was greeted quite nicely when we walked in and the cashiers were very friendly. Purchased a Cuckoo hand blender for my daughter and she loves it. Easy to use and wash. 5 Stars.

Have been buying appliances from Ken the sales manager since 2014 back in their MPK location. Super friendly staffs and always have little surprise gifts for every customer. It’s really hard to find family owned appliances store that provides professional services and price matching. Hope their business stays strong in the years to come. Highly recommend checking them out.

The surfaces are pretty glossy and pretty. Their design is pretty nice and I like persnally love it. This is a pretty underrated furniture store, and it’s pretty cheap for high quality furniture.

Julie (the boss) was a pleasure to work with as we were looking for appliances and even a potential kitchen remodeling project. Highly recommend Superco! There is a reason they've been in business for so long.
