Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful! They offer fair and honest pricing for their appliances. We went to look for a washer and dryer, and we got a Maytag set right away.

This store is the true definition of a mom & pop shop where you can feel comfortable asking questions for your needs. They do carry good quality Asian brand appliances that has been in business for generations.

I’ve been coming here for years and years now and I’ve always had help from Ken! He would be the first person to greet you when you arrive. I’d always ask him where everything is and he knows what to recommend and knows everything about anything I ask. This time I came in looking for a new refrigerator for our new house. He was able to direct me to where it was, while also suggesting which one I should get. Great customer service as always, and that’s thanks to Ken !

Superco always offers excellent customer service; their sales representatives are knowledgeable and very patient, not pushy at all. I bought a massage chair about two years ago after spending almost two hours trying every model of massage chairs, the sales rep took time to explain the different functions and features. And of course Superco offers the most competitive pricing; definitely my go-to place for furniture, electronics, and applications, big or small.

Very good experience. Friendly staff and well rounded pricing for all items. Recommend. I got a soy milk maker and Mr. Cheng was very willing to make sure all needs are met along wi try explaining the usage of the machine. Other purchases with them were also made in the past and each was good

Great products. Quality, value, price. Good customer service. We first went there for the full body massage chair. Then started buying the cookware. Many of their products save time and promote good health. We 💕 Superco!

Salesman Ken Cheng was very personable and friendly, answered our questions, and addressed our concerns as well. Especially with the matter of pricing since the price must be right with furniture. He encouraged us to cross-reference prices on the spot, and there really wasn't a need in the end since they had the best prices as it is! Ken also made us aware of all the potential rebates and perks we could get from our purchases, and made sure we knew how to get them. Overall, great experience and would come again!

We had Superco to do our kitchen remodel in March 2021. Julie helped us to design the kitchen and made a visual representation of it. Julie spent a lot of time going over design ideas with us to make sure our kitchen looked beautiful and functions efficiently for all we need. The contractors were on time everyday and did work efficiently. Especially the contractor, Luke, he was just Top Notch, he was very responsible for his work and even extended his hours to complete everyday work. It was very pleasant to work with them. Thank you Julie and crew for all your amazing work.

Came here this morning for a matress, was greeted by a friendly staff name Mei. She was not only knowledgeable but also very patient with explaining different heights of box spring. So glad that I came here. The price was reasonable and very friendly staff. Will definitely be back for more. Thank you Mei!!

Okay, I have to say that this place definitely earns its 5 star google review rating. Here are the events of today: Needed a mattress to be delivered asap to my home. 10 a.m. = called Superco to see if they have a mattress in stock. 10:15-10:30 a.m. = showed up and saw/sat on mattress. Paid for mattress. 12:30 p.m. = Received a call for mattress to be delivered. 1:00 p.m. = Mattress in 2nd floor bedroom! I can't speak to the pricing, because I really did not shop around for a mattress, but they did offer me a slight discount based on a promotion that they were having. They also have Ashley furniture sofas there, and the same models on the Ashley furniture website are 20-30% more from Ashley's directly. I'm not sure how that works, whether it's an open box situation or what, but the prices are lower in that regard. No cash discount though. I speak mandarin and I can understand mandarin, but I prefer to communicate in English. I only spoke English and the staff speaks English perfectly fine. Thanks Young and Ken! I can tell you guys really tried to accommodate me. I'll be back for sure!

My son is a freshmen in college and complained about spending too much money in food. I went in to Superco and got him the pressure cooker. He called me 2 days ago to tell me it works great and pretty easy to use. Thank you May for showing me some easy recipes for my son who is a beginner cook. Good customer service and speaks chinese. 5 stars.

I went in to look for a new blender for the summer and for my kids to use. Was greeted quite nicely when we walked in and the cashiers were very friendly. Purchased a Cuckoo hand blender for my daughter and she loves it. Easy to use and wash. 5 Stars.
