Growing up in the Diamond Bar area, SUPERCO has always been there for us whenever we need an appliance! This is where my Taiwanese parents buys rice cookers, water heaters, couches, pots and pans—what have you. Now we’re the ones shopping here, who would’ve known? We only come in once in a while because their appliances are quality (and rarely needs replacing), but it’s great that SUPERCO is such a cornerstone of the community. Thank you for always being here!

Salesman Ken Cheng was very personable and friendly, answered our questions, and addressed our concerns as well. Especially with the matter of pricing since the price must be right with furniture. He encouraged us to cross-reference prices on the spot, and there really wasn't a need in the end since they had the best prices as it is! Ken also made us aware of all the potential rebates and perks we could get from our purchases, and made sure we knew how to get them. Overall, great experience and would come again!

The surfaces are pretty glossy and pretty. Their design is pretty nice and I like persnally love it. This is a pretty underrated furniture store, and it’s pretty cheap for high quality furniture.

My son is a freshmen in college and complained about spending too much money in food. I went in to Superco and got him the pressure cooker. He called me 2 days ago to tell me it works great and pretty easy to use. Thank you May for showing me some easy recipes for my son who is a beginner cook. Best price in town for extra firm mattresses! I did a little bit of shopping around and research before I went in. Jacqueline greeted me very friendly as soon as I walked in and encouraged me to take off my shoes and take a quick nap from all angles on each mattress I wanted to try out, helped me out with delivery times. Very nice customer service. Anyone looking for a new bed or furniture should definitely check this place out.

Nice selection of sofa colors and new design center for the home that I liked a lot when you walk all the way to the back of the store. I'm excited about getting some help design my new house with May. She helped me pick some stuff on their large iPad screen and finally picked a color theme for the kitchen.

I’ve been coming here for years and years now and I’ve always had help from Ken! He would be the first person to greet you when you arrive. I’d always ask him where everything is and he knows what to recommend and knows everything about anything I ask. This time I came in looking for a new refrigerator for our new house. He was able to direct me to where it was, while also suggesting which one I should get. Great customer service as always, and that’s thanks to Ken !
