Superco always offers excellent customer service; their sales representatives are knowledgeable and very patient, not pushy at all. I bought a massage chair about two years ago after spending almost two hours trying every model of massage chairs, the sales rep took time to explain the different functions and features. Growing up in the Diamond Bar area, SUPERCO has always been there for us whenever we need an appliance! This is where my Taiwanese parents buys rice cookers, water heaters, couches, pots and pans—what have you. Now we’re the ones shopping here, who would’ve known? We only come in once in a while because their appliances are quality (and rarely needs replacing), but it’s great that SUPERCO is such a cornerstone of the community. Thank you for always being here!

I went in to look for a new blender for the summer and for my kids to use. Was greeted quite nicely when we walked in and the cashiers were very friendly. Purchased a Cuckoo hand blender for my daughter and she loves it. Easy to use and wash. 5 Stars.
