    I ordered a washer at Superco at the end of April and wanted to have the washer delivered to my house before May. Ken, the manager of Superco, helped me and trying really hard to find the model I wanted. During this time, lots of containers were stuck at the port, and not many inventories were available. Ken was able to find me the washer after a few hours. I was so thankful that I could get the washer on time for my tenant to move in. Home Depot was not able to do it in a few days, plus they didn’t have lots of items in stock and have to wait 2-3 weeks. I am really pleased with Superco. It’s customer service and availability was great. I would strongly recommend this store, a super store to get house appliances. Thank you Ken, you are the best!

  • Best price in town for extra firm mattresses! I did a little bit of shopping around and research before I went in. Jacqueline greeted me very friendly as soon as I walked in and encouraged me to take off my shoes and take a quick nap from all angles on each mattress I wanted to try out, helped me out with delivery times.     Salesman Ken Cheng was very personable and friendly, answered our questions, and addressed our concerns as well. Especially with the matter of pricing since the price must be right with furniture. He encouraged us to cross-reference prices on the spot, and there really wasn't a need in the end since they had the best prices as it is!
