    I ordered a washer at Superco at the end of April and wanted to have the washer delivered to my house before May. Ken, the manager of Superco, helped me and trying really hard to find the model I wanted. During this time, lots of containers were stuck at the port, and not many inventories were available. Ken was able to find me the washer after a few hours. I was so thankful that I could get the washer on time for my tenant to move in. Home Depot was not able to do it in a few days, plus they didn’t have lots of items in stock and have to wait 2-3 weeks. I am really pleased with Superco. It’s customer service and availability was great. I would strongly recommend this store, a super store to get house appliances. Thank you Ken, you are the best!

    Growing up in the Diamond Bar area, SUPERCO has always been there for us whenever we need an appliance! This is where my Taiwanese parents buys rice cookers, water heaters, couches, pots and pans—what have you. Now we’re the ones shopping here, who would’ve known?
