    Superco always offers excellent customer service; their sales representatives are knowledgeable and very patient, not pushy at all. I bought a massage chair about two years ago after spending almost two hours trying every model of massage chairs, the sales rep took time to explain the different functions and features.   • Salesman Ken Cheng was very personable and friendly, answered our questions, and addressed our concerns as well. Especially with the matter of pricing since the price must be right with furniture. He encouraged us to cross-reference prices on the spot, and there really wasn't a need in the end since they had the best prices as it is!
