Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful! They offer fair and honest pricing for their appliances. We went to look for a washer and dryer, and we got a Maytag set right away.

Superco always offers excellent customer service; their sales representatives are knowledgeable and very patient, not pushy at all. I bought a massage chair about two years ago after spending almost two hours trying every model of massage chairs, the sales rep took time to explain the different functions and features. And of course Superco offers the most competitive pricing; definitely my go-to place for furniture, electronics, and applications, big or small.

We had Superco to do our kitchen remodel in March 2021. Julie helped us to design the kitchen and made a visual representation of it. Julie spent a lot of time going over design ideas with us to make sure our kitchen looked beautiful and functions efficiently for all we need. The contractors were on time everyday and did work efficiently. Especially the contractor, Luke, he was just Top Notch, he was very responsible for his work and even extended his hours to complete everyday work. It was very pleasant to work with them. Growing up in the Diamond Bar area, SUPERCO has always been there for us whenever we need an appliance! This is where my Taiwanese parents buys rice cookers, water heaters, couches, pots and pans—what have you. Now we’re the ones shopping here, who would’ve known? We only come in once in a while because their appliances are quality (and rarely needs replacing), but it’s great that SUPERCO is such a cornerstone of the community. Thank you for always being here!

Very good experience. Friendly staff and well rounded pricing for all items. Recommend. I got a soy milk maker and Mr. Cheng was very willing to make sure all needs are met along wi try explaining the usage of the machine. Other purchases with them were also made in the past and each was good

This store is the true definition of a mom & pop shop where you can feel comfortable asking questions for your needs. They do carry good quality Asian brand appliances that has been in business for generations.

Definitely your go to place for all things home appliance & furniture - best prices! I Had Kan help me out in the karaoke section and he was so knowledgeable. I came in and told him exactly what I wanted, he just told me what was the best and didn’t try to sell me anything else. I appreciated it. The check out was easy and fast. I highly recommend them to everyone!

The surfaces are pretty glossy and pretty. Their design is pretty nice and I like persnally love it. This is a pretty underrated furniture store, and it’s pretty cheap for high quality furniture.

Amazing rice cooker selection and really have any home appliance you would want. Found my full stainless steel rice cooker and it comes with one-year warranty! Cant recommend enough.
