Best price in town for extra firm mattresses! I did a little bit of shopping around and research before I went in. Jacqueline greeted me very friendly as soon as I walked in and encouraged me to take off my shoes and take a quick nap from all angles on each mattress I wanted to try out, helped me out with delivery times. Very nice customer service. Anyone looking for a new bed or furniture should definitely check this place out.

Salesman Ken Cheng was very personable and friendly, answered our questions, and addressed our concerns as well. Especially with the matter of pricing since the price must be right with furniture. He encouraged us to cross-reference prices on the spot, and there really wasn't a need in the end since they had the best prices as it is! Ken also made us aware of all the potential rebates and perks we could get from our purchases, and made sure we knew how to get them. Overall, great experience and would come again!

Superco always offers excellent customer service; their sales representatives are knowledgeable and very patient, not pushy at all. I bought a massage chair about two years ago after spending almost two hours trying every model of massage chairs, the sales rep took time to explain the different functions and features. And of course Superco offers the most competitive pricing; definitely my go-to place for furniture, electronics, and applications, big or small.

Ken Cheng was super helpful with it came to choosing out the cooling fan we needed. He was very knowledgeable about everything and was very helpful when we had questions

Okay, I have to say that this place definitely earns its 5 star google review rating. Here are the events of today: Needed a mattress to be delivered asap to my home. 10 a.m. = called Superco to see if they have a mattress in stock. 10:15-10:30 a.m. = showed up and saw/sat on mattress. Paid for mattress. 12:30 p.m. = Received a call for mattress to be delivered. 1:00 p.m. = Mattress in 2nd floor bedroom! I can't speak to the pricing, because I really did not shop around for a mattress, but they did offer me a slight discount based on a promotion that they were having. They also have Ashley furniture sofas there, and the same models on the Ashley furniture website are 20-30% more from Ashley's directly. I'm not sure how that works, whether it's an open box situation or what, but the prices are lower in that regard. No cash discount though. I speak mandarin and I can understand mandarin, but I prefer to communicate in English. I only spoke English and the staff speaks English perfectly fine. Thanks Young and Ken! I can tell you guys really tried to accommodate me. I'll be back for sure!

Ken Cheng was nice enough to let me test out their new massage chair and did not pressure at all. I definitely took a short nap and left feeling so relaxed. He let me know they have a legit finance program for installments. Thank you for the massage and nice customer service!

My son is a freshmen in college and complained about spending too much money in food. I went in to Superco and got him the pressure cooker. He called me 2 days ago to tell me it works great and pretty easy to use. Thank you May for showing me some easy recipes for my son who is a beginner cook. Good customer service and speaks chinese. 5 stars.

Amazing rice cooker selection and really have any home appliance you would want. Found my full stainless steel rice cooker and it comes with one-year warranty! Cant recommend enough.

This was a wonderful shopping experience for the appliances we needed. Not only were we introduced to the perfect appliances we needed, but the price was good too. They price match as well. Truly recommend this place and we will be buying future home appliances from here as well.

We had Superco to do our kitchen remodel in March 2021. Julie helped us to design the kitchen and made a visual representation of it. Julie spent a lot of time going over design ideas with us to make sure our kitchen looked beautiful and functions efficiently for all we need. The contractors were on time everyday and did work efficiently. Especially the contractor, Luke, he was just Top Notch, he was very responsible for his work and even extended his hours to complete everyday work. It was very pleasant to work with them.
