The AI “learns” and adjusts the cooking cycle to get perfect results every time. By cooking rice to the same consistency whether it’s summer or winter, when water and ambient temperatures may differ, and even after years of use, the NP-NWC will cook rice to the same consistency as if it was brand new.

Through induction heating technology, the inner cooking pan itself becomes the heat source allowing both high heat and fine heat adjustments to better control the cooking process, resulting in fluffier rice.
PLATINUM INFUSED NONSTICK INNER COOKING PAN
The nonstick coating is infused with platinum particles which alkalizes water. Alkaline water breaks down the protein on the surface of the rice grain so that water is able to penetrate the rice grain more easily. This enhances gelatinization and brings out the sweetness of rice.
