Okay, I have to say that this place definitely earns its 5 star google review rating. Here are the events of today: Needed a mattress to be delivered asap to my home. 10 a.m. = called Superco to see if they have a mattress in stock. 10:15-10:30 a.m. = showed up and saw/sat on mattress. Paid for mattress. 12:30 p.m. = Received a call for mattress to be delivered. 1:00 p.m. = Mattress in 2nd floor bedroom! I can't speak to the pricing, because I really did not shop around for a mattress, but they did offer me a slight discount based on a promotion that they were having. They also have Ashley furniture sofas there, and the same models on the Ashley furniture website are 20-30% more from Ashley's directly. I'm not sure how that works, whether it's an open box situation or what, but the prices are lower in that regard. No cash discount though. I speak mandarin and I can understand mandarin, but I prefer to communicate in English. I only spoke English and the staff speaks English perfectly fine. Thanks Young and Ken! I can tell you guys really tried to accommodate me. I'll be back for sure!

Great service, great price. Purchased a hot water dispenser and the price couldn’t be beat. I highly suggest looking here before the big box stores

We want to remodeling our kitchen and bathroom, so we are shopping around appliances stores. We found out Superco is the best choice for us. The reasons as below, 1. The customer service is very friendly and patiently. 2. The customer service provided practical and constructive opinions very helpful for us. 3. The samples displayed in the store are very stylish and I am very satisfied at first glance. 4. The prices are reasonable and competitive. We are very happy referrals Superco to our friends and we will be returning customers.

Nice selection of sofa colors and new design center for the home that I liked a lot when you walk all the way to the back of the store. I'm excited about getting some help design my new house with May. She helped me pick some stuff on their large iPad screen and finally picked a color theme for the kitchen.

Julie (the boss) was a pleasure to work with as we were looking for appliances and even a potential kitchen remodeling project. Highly recommend Superco! There is a reason they've been in business for so long.

We have been long term customers and their service has been trustworthy. This summer we bought two big items from Superco. Ken (sales manager) is very patient and responsible. He made sure the delivery service went well and kept good communication with us when we had questions. We also appreciate owner - Judy and IT - Max. Great team work overall and we can always come back.

I bought some appliances for my new apartments. I’m a college student who just graduated so I couldn’t afford to pay everything at once. Thankfully the staff there was able to help me set up a finance program. Good interest rate and the cashier Christine was so sweet. I would def recommend my friends to buy electronics and furniture from here. Thanks guys~~

Ken Cheng was nice enough to let me test out their new massage chair and did not pressure at all. I definitely took a short nap and left feeling so relaxed. He let me know they have a legit finance program for installments. Thank you for the massage and nice customer service!
