Okay, I have to say that this place definitely earns its 5 star google review rating. Here are the events of today: Needed a mattress to be delivered asap to my home. 10 a.m. = called Superco to see if they have a mattress in stock. 10:15-10:30 a.m. = showed up and saw/sat on mattress. Paid for mattress. 12:30 p.m. = Received a call for mattress to be delivered. 1:00 p.m. = Mattress in 2nd floor bedroom! I can't speak to the pricing, because I really did not shop around for a mattress, but they did offer me a slight discount based on a promotion that they were having. They also have Ashley furniture sofas there, and the same models on the Ashley furniture website are 20-30% more from Ashley's directly. I'm not sure how that works, whether it's an open box situation or what, but the prices are lower in that regard. No cash discount though. I speak mandarin and I can understand mandarin, but I prefer to communicate in English. I only spoke English and the staff speaks English perfectly fine. Thanks Young and Ken! I can tell you guys really tried to accommodate me. I'll be back for sure!

I’ve been coming here for years and years now and I’ve always had help from Ken! He would be the first person to greet you when you arrive. I’d always ask him where everything is and he knows what to recommend and knows everything about anything I ask. This time I came in looking for a new refrigerator for our new house. Superco always offers excellent customer service; their sales representatives are knowledgeable and very patient, not pushy at all. I bought a massage chair about two years ago after spending almost two hours trying every model of massage chairs, the sales rep took time to explain the different functions and features.
