Came here this morning for a matress, was greeted by a friendly staff name Mei. She was not only knowledgeable but also very patient with explaining different heights of box spring. So glad that I came here. The price was reasonable and very friendly staff. Will definitely be back for more. Thank you Mei!!

Very good experience. Friendly staff and well rounded pricing for all items. Recommend. I got a soy milk maker and Mr. Cheng was very willing to make sure all needs are met along wi try explaining the usage of the machine. Other purchases with them were also made in the past and each was good

My son is a freshmen in college and complained about spending too much money in food. I went in to Superco and got him the pressure cooker. He called me 2 days ago to tell me it works great and pretty easy to use. Thank you May for showing me some easy recipes for my son who is a beginner cook. Superco always offers excellent customer service; their sales representatives are knowledgeable and very patient, not pushy at all. I bought a massage chair about two years ago after spending almost two hours trying every model of massage chairs, the sales rep took time to explain the different functions and features. And of course Superco offers the most competitive pricing; definitely my go-to place for furniture, electronics, and applications, big or small.

This store is the true definition of a mom & pop shop where you can feel comfortable asking questions for your needs. They do carry good quality Asian brand appliances that has been in business for generations.

Have been buying appliances from Ken the sales manager since 2014 back in their MPK location. Super friendly staffs and always have little surprise gifts for every customer. It’s really hard to find family owned appliances store that provides professional services and price matching. Hope their business stays strong in the years to come. Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful! They offer fair and honest pricing for their appliances. We went to look for a washer and dryer, and we got a Maytag set right away.

The surfaces are pretty glossy and pretty. Their design is pretty nice and I like persnally love it. This is a pretty underrated furniture store, and it’s pretty cheap for high quality furniture.
