Growing up in the Diamond Bar area, SUPERCO has always been there for us whenever we need an appliance! This is where my Taiwanese parents buys rice cookers, water heaters, couches, pots and pans—what have you. Now we’re the ones shopping here, who would’ve known? We only come in once in a while because their appliances are quality (and rarely needs replacing), but it’s great that SUPERCO is such a cornerstone of the community. My son is a freshmen in college and complained about spending too much money in food. I went in to Superco and got him the pressure cooker. He called me 2 days ago to tell me it works great and pretty easy to use. Thank you May for showing me some easy recipes for my son who is a beginner cook. Good customer service and speaks chinese. 5 stars.

I’ve been coming here for years and years now and I’ve always had help from Ken! He would be the first person to greet you when you arrive. I’d always ask him where everything is and he knows what to recommend and knows everything about anything I ask. This time I came in looking for a new refrigerator for our new house. He was able to direct me to where it was, while also suggesting which one I should get. Great customer service as always, and that’s thanks to Ken !

Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful! They offer fair and honest pricing for their appliances. We went to look for a washer and dryer, and we got a Maytag set right away.

Ken Cheng was nice enough to let me test out their new massage chair and did not pressure at all. I definitely took a short nap and left feeling so relaxed. He let me know they have a legit finance program for installments. Thank you for the massage and nice customer service!
