Growing up in the Diamond Bar area, SUPERCO has always been there for us whenever we need an appliance! This is where my Taiwanese parents buys rice cookers, water heaters, couches, pots and pans—what have you. Now we’re the ones shopping here, who would’ve known? We only come in once in a while because their appliances are quality (and rarely needs replacing), but it’s great that SUPERCO is such a cornerstone of the community. Superco always offers excellent customer service; their sales representatives are knowledgeable and very patient, not pushy at all. I bought a massage chair about two years ago after spending almost two hours trying every model of massage chairs, the sales rep took time to explain the different functions and features. And of course Superco offers the most competitive pricing; definitely my go-to place for furniture, electronics, and applications, big or small.

Best price in town for extra firm mattresses! I did a little bit of shopping around and research before I went in. Jacqueline greeted me very friendly as soon as I walked in and encouraged me to take off my shoes and take a quick nap from all angles on each mattress I wanted to try out, helped me out with delivery times.
