Best price in town for extra firm mattresses! I did a little bit of shopping around and research before I went in. Jacqueline greeted me very friendly as soon as I walked in and encouraged me to take off my shoes and take a quick nap from all angles on each mattress I wanted to try out, helped me out with delivery times. Very nice customer service. Anyone looking for a new bed or furniture should definitely check this place out.

Growing up in the Diamond Bar area, SUPERCO has always been there for us whenever we need an appliance! This is where my Taiwanese parents buys rice cookers, water heaters, couches, pots and pans—what have you. Now we’re the ones shopping here, who would’ve known? We only come in once in a while because their appliances are quality (and rarely needs replacing), but it’s great that SUPERCO is such a cornerstone of the community. We have been long term customers and their service has been trustworthy. This summer we bought two big items from Superco. Ken (sales manager) is very patient and responsible. He made sure the delivery service went well and kept good communication with us when we had questions. We also appreciate owner - Judy and IT - Max. Superco always offers excellent customer service; their sales representatives are knowledgeable and very patient, not pushy at all. I bought a massage chair about two years ago after spending almost two hours trying every model of massage chairs, the sales rep took time to explain the different functions and features. And of course Superco offers the most competitive pricing; definitely my go-to place for furniture, electronics, and applications, big or small.

I ordered a washer at Superco at the end of April and wanted to have the washer delivered to my house before May. Ken, the manager of Superco, helped me and trying really hard to find the model I wanted. During this time, lots of containers were stuck at the port, and not many inventories were available. Ken was able to find me the washer after a few hours. I was so thankful that I could get the washer on time for my tenant to move in. Home Depot was not able to do it in a few days, plus they didn’t have lots of items in stock and have to wait 2-3 weeks. I am really pleased with Superco. It’s customer service and availability was great. I would strongly recommend this store, a super store to get house appliances. Thank you Ken, you are the best!

Came here this morning for a matress, was greeted by a friendly staff name Mei. She was not only knowledgeable but also very patient with explaining different heights of box spring. Went in looking for some appliances to replace old broken down ones that I had at home. Staff was friendly and prices were legit. Easy experience, in and out 10/10, would go again.
