This store is the true definition of a mom & pop shop where you can feel comfortable asking questions for your needs. They do carry good quality Asian brand appliances that has been in business for generations.

I’ve been coming here for years and years now and I’ve always had help from Ken! He would be the first person to greet you when you arrive. I’d always ask him where everything is and he knows what to recommend and knows everything about anything I ask. This time I came in looking for a new refrigerator for our new house. He was able to direct me to where it was, while also suggesting which one I should get. Great customer service as always, and that’s thanks to Ken !

I went in to look for a new blender for the summer and for my kids to use. Was greeted quite nicely when we walked in and the cashiers were very friendly. Purchased a Cuckoo hand blender for my daughter and she loves it. Easy to use and wash. 5 Stars.

I ordered a washer at Superco at the end of April and wanted to have the washer delivered to my house before May. Ken, the manager of Superco, helped me and trying really hard to find the model I wanted. During this time, lots of containers were stuck at the port, and not many inventories were available. Ken was able to find me the washer after a few hours. I was so thankful that I could get the washer on time for my tenant to move in. Home Depot was not able to do it in a few days, plus they didn’t have lots of items in stock and have to wait 2-3 weeks. I am really pleased with Superco. It’s customer service and availability was great. I would strongly recommend this store, a super store to get house appliances. Thank you Ken, you are the best!

Superco always offers excellent customer service; their sales representatives are knowledgeable and very patient, not pushy at all. I bought a massage chair about two years ago after spending almost two hours trying every model of massage chairs, the sales rep took time to explain the different functions and features. And of course Superco offers the most competitive pricing; definitely my go-to place for furniture, electronics, and applications, big or small.

Have been buying appliances from Ken the sales manager since 2014 back in their MPK location. Super friendly staffs and always have little surprise gifts for every customer. It’s really hard to find family owned appliances store that provides professional services and price matching. Hope their business stays strong in the years to come. The surfaces are pretty glossy and pretty. Their design is pretty nice and I like persnally love it. This is a pretty underrated furniture store, and it’s pretty cheap for high quality furniture.

Definitely your go to place for all things home appliance & furniture - best prices! I Had Kan help me out in the karaoke section and he was so knowledgeable. I came in and told him exactly what I wanted, he just told me what was the best and didn’t try to sell me anything else. I appreciated it. The check out was easy and fast. Growing up in the Diamond Bar area, SUPERCO has always been there for us whenever we need an appliance! This is where my Taiwanese parents buys rice cookers, water heaters, couches, pots and pans—what have you. Now we’re the ones shopping here, who would’ve known? We only come in once in a while because their appliances are quality (and rarely needs replacing), but it’s great that SUPERCO is such a cornerstone of the community.
