The Gourmet d’Expert® Electric Skillet is a multi-functional electric skillet with two cooking plates perfect for sautèing, stewing, grilling and steaming. This is an extremely versatile tool that can be used to make sukiyaki, shabu shabu, risotto, fondue, steamed dim sum as well as grilling up delicious steaks. The delectable options are endless. This unit comes equipped two titanium ceramic nonstick inner pans, a deep pan for stew-type foods like sukiyaki and fondue, and a flat plate for grilling. It also includes an adjustable steaming plate for steaming foods like dim sum and buns. The deep cooking pan is 2-1/2-Inch deep and 12-Inches wide providing plenty of room for cooking and stewing. The extra flat plate is ideal for grilling delicious entrees like savory steaks. The titanium ceramic cooking pans are conveniently coated with a nonstick surface that makes cleaning up a breeze and its stay cool handles makes transporting the pan safe and easy. The deep cooking pan can also be used directly on the stovetop burner for recipes that require a bit of precooking. It has adjustable temperature settings that range from 176°F (keep warm) to 430°F. The tempered glass lid allows you to monitor the cooking process, making it easier to adjust the temperature settings for the best cooking outcome.
