Jacqueline greeted me very friendly as soon as I walked in and encouraged me to take off my shoes and take a quick nap from all angles on each mattress I wanted to try out, helped me out with delivery times. Salesman Ken Cheng was very personable and friendly, answered our questions, and addressed our concerns as well. Especially with the matter of pricing since the price must be right with furniture. He encouraged us to cross-reference prices on the spot, and there really wasn't a need in the end since they had the best prices as it is! Ken also made us aware of all the potential rebates and perks we could get from our purchases, and made sure we knew how to get them. Overall, great experience and would come again!

Nice selection of sofa colors and new design center for the home that I liked a lot when you walk all the way to the back of the store. I'm excited about getting some help design my new house with May. She helped me pick some stuff on their large iPad screen and finally picked a color theme for the kitchen.
